59Clean Technology was established on January 24, 2006. The name '59Clean' signifies a cleanliness level of 99.999%. Since 2017, the company has been certified under the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Initially, we focused exclusively on distributing Foamtec's cleanroom cleaning supplies, including specialized ultrafine microfiber wipers, diamond pads, cleanroom swabs, and other cleaning materials for tool PM maintenance. We also became the exclusive distributor for Muto TKM Service & AMAT/MRC PVD equipment consumables. Our initial main clients were Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC).
Over time, we have not only become a stable supplier to TSMC and UMC, but our customer base and business scope have also expanded globally. Moreover, we provide cleanroom consumables and parts sales services. Since 2010, we have been offering equipment maintenance services to semiconductor manufacturers such as Lam Research, United Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Mfg. (Xiamen), and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation.
Our major clients include leading semiconductor companies worldwide, such as TSMC, TSMC-USA, TSMC-JASM, TSMC Shanghai, TSMC Nanjing, UMC, Micron, Intel-Dalian, SMIC/SMNC, HLMC/HLIC, YMTC, Cansemi, AMAT-Varian, Lam-NVLS, TEL and others.
